- Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department
- Intellectual Property
- Tax
- Night Secretary (6 pm - 10 pm)
- GCE 'O', 'A' levels or Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Legal Secretary
- Competent in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint and MSOutlook
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply
- Attending to the needs of clients and visitors
- Co-ordinating all Meeting Room activities
- Managing the switchboard
- Mail and courier activities
- GCE 'O' levels or higher
- 2 years' similar experience in a hospitality or professional services environment
- Speaks good English and Mandarin
- Projects a professional and friendly image
- Computer literacy required
- Self starter with good initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
- A Degree in Computer Science, or its equivalent is preferred
- Practical knowledge of Windows 2000/XP
- Familiarity with all Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003 Applications
- Helpdesk and/or training experience is an advantage
- Fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply
